Gift Vouchers

The perfect gift you could not have thought about...

You could purchase any of our treatments are gift vouchers or alternatively, you could purchase a gift voucher for a specified monetary value. Gift voucher payments can be done in person at the spa with cash/debit/credit card or via online payment (EFT).

When doing an online payment (EFT), please ensure to notify us of the following:

• Name of the gift voucher recipient?
• From whom the gift voucher is?
• For which treatments or the monetary value for gift voucher?

Please email us proof of payment.

Once payment is received, we will email the gift voucher to you.

No voucher will be issued or send via email without payment / proof of payment.

Terms & Conditions:

• Book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Arrive 10 mins prior to treatment time to ensure proper evaluation and consultation.
• In the event of you not being able to attend your appointment, it would be appreciated if you inform Oukolele Day Spa no less than 24 hrs in advance.
• A cancellation fee of 100% will be charged if an appointment was cancelled within 12 hrs.
• Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without cancellation will forfeit their voucher.
• In case of late arrivals, the duration of the treatment(s) will be reduced accordingly unless you can be accommodated within the work schedule.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
• Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
